About the Author
Christopher West is a research fellow and faculty member of the Theology of the Body Institute. He is also one of the most sought after speakers in the Church today, having delivered more than 1000 public lectures on 4 continents, in 9 countries, and in over 150 American cities. All three of his books Good News About Sex & Marriage, Theology of the Body Explained, and Theology of the Body for Beginners have become Catholic best sellers. Christopher has also lectured on a number of prestigious faculties, offering graduate and undergraduate courses at St John Vianney Seminary in Denver, the John Paul II Institute in Melbourne, Australia, and Creighton University s Institute for Priestly Formation in Omaha. Hundreds of thousands have heard him on national radio programs and even more have seen him defending the faith on programs such as Scarborough Country, Fox and Friends, and At Large with Geraldo Rivera. Impresionante traducción de Good News about Sex & Marriage

Primero leí la versión original en inglés. Todos los seres humanos debemos de ser informados acerca de nuestra llamada a amar como hombres y mujeres. Christopher West ha escrito un libro profundamente basada en las enseñanzas católicas acerca de la moralidad sexual, especialmente influenciado por las enseñanzas del Papa Juan Pablo 2 llamadas la Teología del Cuerpo.
MUCHAS GRACIAS A CHRISTOPHER WEST por interpretar estas maravillosas enseñanzas para que quien sea pueda entenderlas y ser renovado de la mentalidad y el corazón. Si alguién ha tratado de simplemente recoger y leer alguna escritura del Papa, entonces sabe que no es muy fácil entenderlo. Pero Christopher ayuda a resolver ese problema.
Casi todos nosotros hemos sufrido por algún caso de la sexualidad, pero Christopher nos demuestra que el sexo originalmente es algo bueno y maravilloso, ¡y hasta puede servir como un medio para la salvación! Tragicamente, por el pecado, también nos puede llevar a lo opuesto, en esta vida y en la próxima.
Christopher nos demuestra qué en verdad es el amor, qué es la sexualidad, y como es que podemos encontrar el amor verdadero... y que nos exige el sacrificio, como Cristo se sacrificó para nuestra salvación. Podemos creer que la iglesia enseña que el sexo es malo, sucio y asquerozo, pero Buena nueva sobre sexo y matrimonio nos demustra completamente lo contrario.
Este libro en verdad informa, y hará que hagamos la decisón de ser más firmes en nuestra fe o a que la rechacemos.
